Trace Technologies, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gabriel Technologies Corp (OTCBB:GWLK), was named "best of show" at the 2005 International Wireless Communications Expo and Conference in Las Vegas, Nev. by The Wireless Messaging Newsletter for its new Asset Tag.
"This (Trace Technologies) is the most promising new product I have seen in many years", said Brad Dye, editor of The Wireless Messaging Newsletter.
Trace Technologies premiered its assisted GPS Asset Tag at the IWCE conference on April 6, 2005. The Trace Asset Tag is a new asset tracking system fusing advanced GPS, wireless and Internet together into one integrated product. The Trace technology combines SnapTrack(TM) Wireless Assisted-GPS(TM), the Trace Asset Tag and the ReFLEX wireless network allowing consumers to locate critical assets and people quickly and easily in environments conventional GPS loses accuracy.
"We were pleased to see industry acceptance and excitement of our new technology that will be available with the Trace Asset Tag. Trace Technologies has invested a great deal of time and resources to develop and fine tune this unique technology", said Mike May, president of Trace Technologies.
