GWLK News Gabriel Technologies Corp. Launches New WAR-LOK(TM) CTL-10 Cargo Utility Trailer Lock; Company Conducts Pilot Program at National Home Improvement Retailer

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2006--Gabriel Technologies Corporation (OTCBB:GWLK), a leading provider of asset tracking, physical security, secure identity management, GPS-assisted tracking and biometric security products, announced today that it has launched a cargo utility trailer lock product that provides unique barrier protection for trailer hasps. The company has launched a pilot program for the product at a national home improvement retailer with stores in the Jacksonville, Fla. and surrounding areas.

The WAR-LOK(TM) CTL-10 is a die cast zinc barrier box with a keyed locking device that fits securely over the hasp of most cargo utility trailer doors. The locking mechanism and trailer hasp are completely protected from bolt cutters and a variety of potential theft tools.

The CTL-10 internal locking core is designed with a flat-keyed locking system. Each component of this high security disc type cylinder has been designed to withstand the harsh environments of the transportation industry. All components are made of chrome plated hardened steel, brass or stainless steel. The WAR-LOK CTL-10 is pick resistant, drill resistant, and key duplication is virtually impossible. It is ideal for construction containers, motorcycles and small cargo trailers, such as Pace American, Haulmark and Interstate.

Dan Chicoine, president of Gabriel, said, "Typical protection for cargo utility trailers is a padlock, which can be defeated with a bolt-cutter or other theft devices. This product was developed especially for this type of trailer, and it is the first of its kind anywhere. The engineering and design of the product was derived from our industry-leading WAR-LOK TL-10."

During the pilot program, the home improvement retailer will sell the CTL-10 in each of its 10 stores in the Jacksonville vicinity through December 1. The CTL-10 product will be sold in double and single packs. Double packs have a distinctive feature of being keyed alike and have an MSRP of $74.95. Single packs have an MSRP of $39.95.

Chicoine said, "Upon successful completion of the pilot program, the retailer plans to sell our product in more than 2,000 stores across North America. Meanwhile, we are also seeking similar programs with other home improvement retail chains and cargo utility trailer dealers."
