HTVL News Hartville Group to Sponsor ``World's Coolest Dog and Cat Show'' at Dogster.com and Catster.com

CANTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 2005--Hartville, Group, Inc. (OTCBB: HTVL), a provider of pet insurance, today announced it will sponsor the "World's Coolest Dog and Cat Show" a contest run by Dogster.com and Catster.com. The World's Coolest Dog & Cat Show, which began October 3 and runs through November 17, is an online contest open to any U.S. cat or dog registered with Catster or Dogster, regardless of breed. There is no charge to enter. Winners will be chosen by a vote of the more than 150,000 members of the Catster and Dogster communities. Registering at Dogster or Catster is free, and you don't even need a pet to become a member; any registered site user can stroll through the categories and vote for their favorites.

Enter your dog or cat today! Voting has begun and continues through Nov 17th. After that, the panel of judges takes over to pick the category winners. The People will then vote and decide 'Best In Show'. Honors will be given to one cat and dog, to be announced Dec. 9th. Winners will receive prizes including a Nintendo DS(TM) game system and a copy of their recently released game, Nintendogs(TM), Target gift cards, Dad's pet foods, a photo shoot with New York Dog or Hollywood Dog magazine and a personalized copy of Dogs 24/7 or Cats 24/7.
