IBCS News IBC Radio Network Retracts Previous Announcement
SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2005--IBC Radio Network, a division of International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) is revising an announcement made on November 10th, 2005. Any affiliation between WTKS 104.1 FM Radio, currently a Clear Channel station, and the IBC Radio Network is not going to take place.
The IBC Radio Network is retracting the press release with the headline "IBC Radio Network Announces New 100,000 Watt Affiliate, WTKS 104.1 FM in Cocoa Beach, Florida" disseminated over Business Wire on November 10, 2005 due to erroneous content and fabricated quotes from Program Director, Katherine Brown. In fact, there have been no communications between Clear Channel Radio's WTKS 104.1 FM Radio and IBC Radio Network, and as a result, the station has no plans to affiliate with this network. To clarify, WTKS is not making any changes to the station's programming at this time.
Future Press Releases will further clarify this situation.
IBC apologizes to WTKS, Clear Channel Communications and its shareholders and IBC investors for any confusion this false communications has caused.
