IBCS News International Broadcasting Announces Resignation of President, CEO and Director
SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2006--International Broadcasting Corporation (OTC:IBCS) announced that Daryn P. Fleming, President, CEO and Director is resigning effective immediately. Mr. Fleming is leaving to pursue other personal and business interests. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Fleming for his service in creating the Company and "Stock Talk LIVE," believed to be the very first 7 hour daily talk radio show focused exclusively on Microcap stocks.
