IOMG News I/OMagic Files Application for NASDAQ SmallCap Market Listing
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2005--I/OMagic Corporation (OTCBB:IOMG), a provider of data storage products, announced today that it has applied for listing on The NASDAQ SmallCap Market. Shares of I/OMagic Common Stock currently trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol "IOMG" and will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board until The NASDAQ SmallCap listing becomes effective. I/OMagic's application for listing on The NASDAQ SmallCap Market is subject to approval by NASDAQ.
