RE: Shares

I agree Brezz, this has to be disclosed. Can someone get through? It's a simple answer but it has ramifications. As shareholders we have three possible opportunities: buy, sell, or buy-sell at the same time and ride the hills and valleys of the company. Managment has one opportunity: to buy. I don't want Management riding the hills and valleys - that's bad business, management, and above all irresponsible. It depicts a short term outlook. Now on the flipside - how is it even possible for him to profit off the hills and valleys if his shares are locked up until a $1.00. Can we verify they actually are locked up until it reaches a dollar. If this is the case it's a simple mistake. Again though, given Woody's experience he would not have left his old company for management that had a short-term view.
