LCNB Corp. Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

LCNB Corp. (OTCBB:LCNB) The Directors of LCNB Corp., at their meeting on November 13, 2007, have declared a Fourth Quarter dividend of $.155 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 17^th to shareholders of record December 3^rd, 2007. This represents a 3.3% increase over the $.15 per share (adjusted) paid for the Fourth Quarter, 2006.
