LEBANON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2005--LCNB Corp. (OTCBB:LCNB) The Directors of LCNB Corp., at their meeting on August 15, 2005, have declared a Third Quarter dividend of $.29 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 15th to shareholders of record September 1, 2005.
