SARNIA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2006--Lamperd Less Lethal Inc. (OTCBB:LLLI), "Lamperd", has entered into a joint manufacturing venture with Bond Arms Inc. in Texas to develop a Bond Arms Defender derringers (the current 2 shot 45 cal) to fire Lamperd Less Lethal 50 cal Wasp round. This product is intended to be used in Law Enforcement and home defense. The classification will be a standard fire arm.

The Breacher is a specialty round to be used by tactical personnel to quickly and efficiently open locked doors, while optimizing officer safety. Features of this breaching round are they can be fired from a further distance and they are more environmentally friendly.
