MSSI News MSSI Announces Grand Opening of Ft. Lauderdale Office to Expand South Florida Presence

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2005--MSSI (OTCBB:MSSI), an established provider of medical personnel, technology services and homeland security products to government and commercial clients, has opened a new office in Ft. Lauderdale officially today. This new location will further expand the Nurses Onsite (NOC, formerly Nurses PRN) presence into the south Florida medical staffing market.

Nurses Onsite has immediately added eight (8) hospitals in Ft. Lauderdale office will offer its services to the many outpatient centers and smaller facilities in Broward County.

Dr. Sahay, Chairman and CEO of MSSI said, "The south Florida market presents a huge opportunity for Nurses Onsite and we are eager to expand our penetration by opening in Ft. Lauderdale today. By launching early in this seasonal market, we will be able to immediately begin servicing our new clients during their very busy period."

"We are delighted to have achieved our goal of having this office fully operational and licensed effective today," said Robert Murphy, President of NOC. "Our south Florida team, headed up by JoAnna Robinson, has demonstrated their expertise, local market knowledge and diligent efforts in this successful launch. I am confident the Ft. Lauderdale office will have a great season."

Commenting on the days events surrounding the grand opening, JoAnna Robinson said, "We are so excited to get this office opened. Our south Florida clients and nurses have waited a long time for us to enter Broward County. We just know this office will be a success."
