(OTCBB:MYCM), a technology products, managed services, and software development company, announced it has contracted the services of Logicalis, Inc., an international IT integration company, to provide 24X7 system monitoring for Mycom's mycomPRO(R) mailMAX(TM) via Logicalis' worldwide network of data centers.
Logicalis will work in concert with Mycom's IT staff to improve and expand the effectiveness of 24X7 management, SLA enforcement, alarm notification and emergency response.
Strategically, the partnership with Logicalis will allow Mycom's mailMAX service to address increasingly stringent compliance and auditing standards, strengthen mailMAX's reliability and availability, and provide enterprise level expertise as mailMAX continues to grow in the corporate environment.
