MYRA News Myriad Entertainment and Resorts, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Club Concepts Consulting LLC
MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Myriad Entertainment & Resorts, Inc., a Delaware corporation (OTCBB: MYRA), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Club Concepts Consulting LLC, an innovative marketing and training firm working with developers and managers on the development and implementation of key marketing, sales and training initiatives. Myriad will continue to operate the firm as Club Concepts, a division of Myriad Resorts & Entertainment, Inc.
In addition to continuing to consult to clubs and resorts outside the Myriad family, Club Concepts will support Myriad resorts employees or ‘Experience Partners’. Through the creation and implementation of staff development programs, employee incentive programs and other initiatives, Club Concepts will help Myriad develop long-term employees capable of creating truly memorable experiences for all guests of Myriad resort locations.
Myriad also announced the appointment of Beth Meister to lead the Club Concepts division. Ms. Meister, who currently serves as President of Club Concepts Consulting LLC, is a leader in the marketing and training industry.

In her role, Ms. Meister will direct the development and execution of strategies designed to retain employees, generate repeat business and increase gross revenue per occupied room. After graduating from Troy University where she was a member of the women’s golf team with a B.S. degree in Marketing, she joined Club Corporation of America, one of the largest club operation and ownership companies in the United States, where she served as membership director for 6 years. In 1993, Ms. Meister joined the Arnold Palmer Golf Management Company, where she oversaw marketing and sales for the company’s 15 private clubs. Upon being promoted to director of business development, Ms. Meister began directing the management services division and served as a member of the acquisition, takeover and implementation team.
Ms. Meister expanded her club marketing and operational experience when she became the Director of Club Operations for the Boca Raton Resort and Club, overseeing the Club’s member usage of the Hotel and Clubs’ 6 restaurants, beach club and off-site country club facilities. Ms. Meister established Club Concepts Consulting, LLC in 1999.
