NTPA News Netopia VP of Engineering Speaks on Home Wi-Fi at SVCWireless
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Netopia, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTPA), a market leader in broadband service
assurance solutions, announced Dr. Geng Lin, vice president, application
and server software engineering, will participate in a discussion at the
Silicon Valley-China Wireless Annual Conference on the use of wireless
to distribute multimedia content within the home. The panel, “Multimedia
Wireless Home,” will take place from 2:45 p.m.
to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
SVCWireless is a day-long conference focused on how current and future
wireless technologies enable consumers to embrace a mobile lifestyle.
The conference will explore the use of various wireless technologies --
such as home Wi-Fi, mesh networking, Bluetooth and EVDO -- for an
increasing number of applications and consumers’
growing reliance on mobile connectivity.
Dr. Lin heads up the ongoing development of software solutions at
