Novelos Therapeutics

NVLT has plenty of cash with their recent private placement.  How will this private placement effet share holders.  I have not reviewed any of the terms, but the only way for it to be good is sound execution of the business plan.  If managment does not do what they say there going to do share holders will suffer.
