NVLT News Novelos Therapeutics and MUSC Submit Two Abstracts for Presentation at AACR 2007 Annual Meeting
NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB: NVLT), a biotechnology company
focused on the development of therapeutics to treat cancer and
hepatitis, today announced that the company in collaboration with Dr.
Kenneth Tew and Dr. Danyelle Townsend of the Medical University of South
Carolina (MUSC) have submitted two non-clinical abstracts for
presentation at the American Association for Cancer Research annual
meeting in March 2007. These presentations will highlight in vivo and in
vitro findings with NOV-002, which is currently in a pivotal Phase 3
trial for non-small cell lung cancer and Phase 2 trials for other
oncology indications.
