ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 2005--Nexicon Inc. (OTCBB: NXCN) announced today that Cornell Capital Partners has returned to the company 35,889,140 shares that were held in escrow. The shares had been held in escrow as part of the recently cancelled Standby Equity Agreement. All remaining shares registered for that agreement as well as the 35,889,140 have been cancelled.
