NXTI News Next Inc. Ranked Number Seventeen in the Major Collegiate Licensing Program

(OTCBB: NXTI) today announced that the company's licensed college sportswear program has again been ranked as one of the 25 top-selling companies on the Collegiate Licensing Company's ranking for the period covering July 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005.

The Collegiate Licensing Company ("CLC"), according to its press release dated November 15, 2005, announced that Next Inc. has claimed the 17th position among some of the "major distributors" such as Nike USA(R), Champion(R) and Adidas(R). The Collegiate Licensing Company is the oldest and largest collegiate licensing agency in the nation. CLC currently represents more than 200 colleges, universities, bowl games, athletic conferences, The Heisman Trophy, and the NCAA including the Men's and Women's Final Four, the College World Series, and all NCAA Championships.
