2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held yesterday at OnScreen’s
corporate offices in Portland, Oregon, shareholders of record as of
October 12, 2006 approved the election of three directors to hold office
for two-year terms and one director to hold office for a one-year term.
Specifically, William J. Clough, Esq., Bradley J. Hallock and John P.
Rouse were each elected to serve a two-year term and Steven S. Hallock
was elected to serve a one-year term. The election of directors was the
only item up for vote.
