OPTO News Triad Hospitals, Inc. Rolls Out Optio's Proven Electronic Forms Solution to 52 Acute-Care and Ancillary Facilities

healthcare industry, today announced that Triad Hospitals, Inc.
(together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Triad”)
has selected Optio to provide enterprise-wide electronic forms solutions
throughout its 52 acute-care facilities in 16 states.
The Optio MedFormsTM Suite, an automated forms
library and documents-on-demand solution, will streamline
document-driven processes and reduce costs by replacing expensive
preprinted registration forms. As part of the agreement, Triad will also
implement Optio’s Advanced Labeling and
DesignStudioTM solutions.
