recent patent application has been accepted by the US Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO).
Peter Cunningham, Gamma’s Chief Executive
Officer, emphasized that Gamma’s strategy as a
product formulation and marketing company requires a strong intellectual
property management program. Mr. Cunningham highlighted that Gamma’s
innovative Gel Delivery Technology and formulation capabilities enable
