GeNOsys, Inc. is a medical research and development company specializing in
pharmaceutical, biotechnical and medial gas generating systems. The Company
is currently focused on research utilizing its product line of Nitric Oxide
gas generators for the potential treatment of tuberculosis and other human
disease. Tuberculosis is a leading threat to global health, infecting
one-third of the world's population, or approximately two billion people.
Every year an additional thirty million people are infected with the
bacterium and eight million people develop the active disease. With the
Company's patented Nitric Oxide gas generating and delivery system and its
proprietary and patented Nitric Oxide micro tablet medium manufacturing
technology the Company believes that they have the potential to make a
significant difference in the treatment of tuberculosis.
"GeNOsys's patented Nitric Oxide generators and proprietary and patented
Nitric Oxide micro tablet is addressing not only a very large market but
also a market that currently does not contain any cost-effective solutions.
Tuberculosis affects billions of people worldwide, yet no new class of
anti-tuberculosis drugs have been introduced in 30 years," stated Alan
Sheinwald, President of Alliance Advisors. "We strongly believe that
GeNOsys has positioned itself to address this market need with a strong
management team, corporate strategy, and business model based on their
intellectual property."
Clark Mower, Chairman of GeNOsys, commented, "The team at Alliance Advisors
is well-respected and has a proven track record of representing successful
companies. We are confident they will help us improve our overall
communication capabilities, which includes delivering our story and
subsequent milestones to a larger, targeted base of investors. We believe
that the agreement with Alliance is an important step in broadening
investor awareness and moving the Company forward."
