ECHR News Echo Signs Property Agreement for Bronco Property with Madison Explorations
WESTPALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 2005--Echo Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:ECHR) announced today it has signed an option agreement with Madison Explorations, Inc. (OTC:MDEX) ("Madison") for the Bronco property.
The Bronco target lies in Southern Saskatchewan in the Wood Mountain area near the town of Val Marie, approximately 400 km southwest of the Star Kimberlite - Fort a la Corne. This area is in one of two areas defined by the Saskatchewan Geological Survey as being high diamond exploration potential.
The term of the agreement will provide Echo with a 15% interest in the property until September 30, 2006 in consideration of $50,000.
