SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2006--Golden Eagle International Inc. (OTCBB: MYNG) announced today that its board of directors has appointed H.E. "Gene" Dunham, 63, as its chief operating officer (COO).
