USCorp Announces Discovery of High Titanium Magnetite at Twin Peaks Property

USCorp (OTCBB:USCS) (Class A Common OTCBB:USCS, Berlin WKN# A0BLBB, Class B Non-Voting Common Shares: Frankfurt WKN# A0JEQQ) is pleased to announce the identification of High Titanium Magnetite (TiO) on a portion of its Twin Peaks Property.

A recent report prepared for the Company by Geological Support Services of Laughlin, Nevada is quoted here in part:

“…Magnetite is a mineral of the Spinel group composed essentially of iron and manganese oxide. It is highly magnetic, hence its name, and constitutes an important ore of iron. Magnetite often contains titanium oxide in varying amounts.

The Twin peaks mine has a large amount of magnetite appearing as float in the alluvial gravels of the southern expanse and in seams and dikes in the northward mountains. One particular exposure has been mapped at 322' in length and a minimum of 45' depth.

Titanium is used as a light weight structurally enhanced alloy for aircraft and aerospace industries and as TiO in white paint and paper. Historically, Titanium is obtained from the mineral Rutile which is almost a pure TiO (Titanium Oxide). Rutile deposits worldwide are playing out however, and other sources and technologies are evolving to meet the continued demand.

The magnetite of the twin peaks has been sampled and sent off for assay…ore grade shows it to have saleable levels of TiO. I believe it can be counted upon to provide a secondary revenue stream.

As production increases and becomes stabilized it may…become a major source of additional income.”

“We plan to determine the economic potential of this Titanium Oxide (TiO) deposit as a by-product of the gold and silver operations planned for the Twin Peaks,” stated Robert Dultz, Chairman and CEO of USCorp. He added, “The Titanium Magnetite is located on a portion of the Twin Peaks Property and this metal was not included in the recent USCorp feasibility study. Therefore, the value of the Titanium Magnetite is additional to the gold and silver values that were previously discussed in the Twin Peaks Feasibility Study Summary, which is available on our web site www.uscorpnv.com. Photos of the High Titanium Magnetite can be viewed on our website at www.uscorpnv.com/property.html.”
