The radiometric component of the airborne geophysics provides the location of surface uranium anomalies. One outcrop of Los Adobes conglomerate and sandstone was identified using the geophysics and rocks from the outcrop and yielded a chemical assay of 15.70 lbs U3O8/short ton. American Assay Laboratories Inc. of Sparks, Nevada conducted the chemical analysis for the samples reported using XRF method (X-ray fluorescence).
Drilling on the Cerro Solo properties by the Company during 2008 showed that faults exhibited some control on uranium mineralization. Planning for the 2009 drilling program will utilize this geophysical information to aid in the identification of new uranium targets.
