URXE News Urex Energy Announces Completion of a Private Placement Agreement That Provides $2.5 Million
RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Urex Energy Corporation (the “Company”
or “Urex”) (OTCBB:
URXE) reports that it has completed a private placement agreement
that provides for funding for on-going operational expenses in amount of
US $2.5 million dollars, which funds will be used for the Rio Chubut and
La Jara Mesa Extension exploration programs located in Argentina and New
Mexico, respectively. These funds are sufficient for an anticipated
multi-phased work program for the next 12 months.
