YCKM News Yellowcake Announces New Director
RIVERTON, Wyo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yellowcake Mining Inc. (OTCBB:YCKM) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. David Miller has joined the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Miller is a minerals industry expert in exploration, acquisition and operations. His primary focus has been on uranium, coal bed methane and gold. David has worked for Cogema (now part of the AREVA Group), the second largest producer of uranium in the world, his last 4 years with the company as its chief geologist for in-situ uranium operations in the US. Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in acquisition, exploration and development of uranium properties. Mr. Miller has consulted in uranium exploration, deposits, mining, and "in-situ" recovery for the IAEA. He is a well noted expert speaker and has lectured for the Beijing Institute of Technology. Mr. Miller is also an elected member of the Wyoming Legislature, with committee assignments for the Revenue Corporations and Energy Council.
Mr. Miller is currently President and COO as well as a Director of Strathmore Minerals Corp, with which Yellowcake recently completed a joint venture agreement for the development of the Baggs-Juniper Ridge uranium project in Wyoming, USA.
