celebrity services to manage her fan club, coordinate fan club VIP
ticket packages for her year round performances, manage online fan club
merchandising and authentication of memorabilia. The contract commences
immediately. Paid is coordinating with Ms. LaBelle to launch the first
fan club VIP ticket package sales for events scheduled to occur in the
first quarter of 2007.
