Paradigm Holdings Hires Two Key Executives
Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PDHOMessage Board Stock) (“Paradigm”), a provider of comprehensive information technology and business solutions for federal government enterprises, today announced the hiring of Robert Boakai as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Diane Moberg as Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance.
As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, Mr. Boakai oversees service delivery for all IT contracts as well as having line responsibility for Paradigm’s civilian agency business. Mr. Boakai’s career spans more than seventeen years and includes planning, implementation and management of information technology solutions in the federal and commercial markets. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Boakai held executive positions with Datatrac Information Services and JenXSystems Inc. At Datatrac, Mr. Boakai served as Director of Information Technology and was responsible for delivering solutions, services, and personnel in support of the company’s four lines of business. As co-founder and Vice President of Technology at JenXSystems, Mr. Boakai supplied and managed senior level systems engineers to work on several of the intelligence community’s most complex technical initiatives Mr. Boakai began his career in technology in 1989 and spent 10 years as a senior technical professional with the Central Intelligence Agency. He also served in various senior technical capacities with Technology Associates and Apptis supporting enterprise initiatives at the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Mr. Boakai has a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Moberg is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent 24 years in accounting and government contract compliance. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Risk Management at Essex Corporation, a public company supporting National Security Intelligence Community programs, where she was responsible for maintaining government contract compliance and the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program. Prior to this position, she worked at ManTech International Corporation for 22 years serving in various accounting and compliance positions, including Corporate Controller and Senior. Vice President of Corporate Compliance. Ms. Moberg has also held government positions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Security Agency. Ms. Moberg has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore.
