PDHO News Paradigm Solutions Corporation Enters Joint Venture with National Technical Information Service (NTIS)
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2006--Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PDHO), announced that Paradigm Solutions Corporation (Paradigm), its wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered a Joint Venture Agreement with National Technical Information Service (NTIS), Department of Commerce. Paradigm was selected for this joint venture by NTIS on June 3, 2005 to complement NTIS' capabilities in delivering a wide range of end-to-end e-Learning and Knowledge Management Solutions to its Government clients.
NTIS has extensive expertise and experience providing secure, large-scale, high-volume, Web-based solutions to government clients. It has provided and managed Government Agency hosting of innovative state-of-the-art solutions for government clients as the leading provider of advanced digital content services and IT infrastructure and as an OPM e-Training service provider. As a self-supporting government agency, NTIS offers a highly secure and reliable network hosting environment to host mission critical applications for federal agencies. Under this agreement, Paradigm, in conjunction with NTIS, will utilize OpsPlanner(TM), Paradigm's Web-based Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) software tool to provide a hosted, high-security BCP/COOP service with a robust training and exercise capability for Government Agencies. Agencies will now have the ability to exercise their COOP plans with full auditing capabilities that captures important planning actions that can be reviewed and analyzed to determine applicable post analysis plan improvement or for audit reviews following the events.
Under the agreement, NTIS and Paradigm will provide OpsPlanner application support services to include ongoing maintenance, new module development, and technical and training services. In addition to these services, consultancy services are available to help develop a dependable, comprehensive COOP program through this e-learning JV initiative.
