PFSD News Pacific Sands EcoOne Line Achieves Significant Sales in Canadian Alternative Spa Care Market; Company Establishes Two Major Independent Canadian Distribution Centers
RACINE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2005--Pacific Sands, Inc (OTCBB:PFSD) is very pleased to announce that that the company has established two central distribution outlets for its EcoOne line of nontoxic spa products as well as its upcoming cleaning, garden and pet care products in Canada and that a major media marketing push across the country is under way.
Primary EcoOne distribution in Eastern Canada (east of Manitoba) is being handled by EcoOne Canada, Inc. of Cambridge, Ontario and distribution in Western Canada (Manatoba and west) by Healthy Pool and Spa of Kelowna, BC.
EcoOne Canada is headed up by Kelly Adamski and Geoff Heaton. Mr. Adamski has over twenty years in sales and marketing, and Mr. Heaton has been in the pool and spa business for over 25 years. He has sold and installed literally thousands of pools and spas in the Ontario marketplace.
Mr. Peter Banks and Mary Jane Moran of Healthy Pool and Spa have initiated their distributorship with local, regional and national marketing campaigns that include television, radio, magazine and newspaper advertising. They have also been generating substantial "free media" coverage for the products with numerous television, radio and newspaper appearances and interviews.
