RACINE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2005--Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTCBB:PFSD) is pleased to announce that the company has established numerous new EcoOne sales outlets and obtained a substantial number of sales leads from dealers, distributors, manufacturer's reps and spa manufacturers at the 2005 Pool and Spa Expo held November 1 - 3 in Orlando, FL.
The company introduced its new EcoOne and Rain Forest Blue marketing materials, posters and product placement displays at the industry's most popular trade-show. A steady stream of customers and prospects were drawn to the booth by its massive 14' X 4' overhead banner and the approximately 16,000 postcards the company sent out to retailers prior to the show.
"Particularly gratifying about this year's show was the fact that pool and spa professionals are hearing more and more industry 'buzz' about EcoOne, both from other professionals and their customers," said Pacific Sands Product Support Manager, Todd Taylor. "We had numerous instances where existing Eco One dealers would bring other retailers, distributors and even manufacturers to the booth. There's nothing like an enthusiastic reference from a customer to seal the deal."
In addition to the Pacific Sands booth, the company's product lines were also prominently featured at the booth of the nation's largest individual pool and spa product distributor, California Specialty Distributors (www.csdonline.biz). The major spa manufacturer that recently began including a custom private label version of EcoOne with its new spas also had a major presence at the show, dominating the center of the convention floor.
