PKTX News Patents Issued on ProtoKinetix' Family of AAGP(TM) Molecules

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProtoKinetix, Inc. (OTCBB:PKTX) announces today the granting of the master patents on their AAGP™ molecules and uses.

The French Patent Office has issued patent number 2878851 to INSA (France’s Institute of Applied Sciences), who have registered these patents to ProtoKinetix, Inc. The patents include the primary molecules that have been successfully tested in the uses of:

        Anti-Aging        Anti-Inflammatory        Blood Preservation        Organ Transplantation        Cryopreservation        Cell and Tissue Preservation

The approval of these patents significantly enhances the Company’s ability to effectively negotiate commercial agreements with major corporations and institutions in these areas.
