REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2005--PowerHouse Technologies Group, Inc., (OTCBB:PWHT), a global provider of mobile computing software, announced that the Company will request its shareholders to approve a corporate name change to Migo Software, Inc. In the interim, the Company will do business as "Migo Software," effective immediately, and continue to trade on the OTCBB with the same PWHT symbol.
