-- Organize an investor information package that highlights the critical data required for a due-diligence assessment
-- Research the domestic and global markets in order to provide investors with a general overview of the product/service in context of its commercial setting
-- Suggest market positioning strategies that will help differentiate the company from other companies in its respective sector
-- Assist company to identify possible merger and acquisition opportunities
-- Assist company to both identify and negotiate terms with prospective IR/PR firms, corporate counsel, and corporate consulting & advisory services
