RHWC News Reliant Launches First Residential Mortgage Business Today
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 2006--Reliant Home Warranty Corporation (OTCBB:RHWC) President & CEO Boyd Soussana announced today that Reliant, through its Canadian subsidiary, Reliant Home Mortgage Canada Inc., has launched its first residential mortgage product.
Centum Mortgage brokers in Ontario and the Maritimes have been granted access to the Reliant SMART mortgage system. This relationship establishes Reliant Home Mortgage Canada Inc. as the new player in the Canadian sub-prime marketplace with its offer of "Interest Only" and "50-year amortization" mortgages.
The provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta will come online in the following weeks.
