President & CEO Boyd Soussana announced today Reliant Home Mortgage
Canada Inc., Reliant Home Warranty Corporation’s
Canadian operating subsidiary, is on course to launch the full spectrum
of its programs in the first quarter of 2007. Encouraging broker
feedback received from Reliant’s earlier Beta
Program has been invaluable.
Program improvements include:
Simplified front end application screens with an option for EDI
(electronic data interface);
Greater intuitive search functionality;
Broker commission tracking;
Broker/Underwriter communication interface;
Real-time mortgage status updates; and
Direct real-time credit bureau interface.
