SDGL News Secured Digital Chairman Discusses the Diverse Service Offerings of SDA Worldwide, Inc.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL), a global provider of outsourced business services to both U.S. and Malaysian companies, today provided details regarding the extensive services offerings of SDA Worldwide, Inc. The U.S. based subsidiary is responsible for the Worldwide Business Services, Worldwide Media Services, China Sea Trade Company and Digital Document Management Services.

Business Process Outsourcing is expected to grow exponentially throughout Asia over the next few years. In Asia alone, the BPO market is estimated to be worth in excess of $100 billion. According to a top executive at one of the pioneering BPO companies in Asia, the demand for outsourcers with an advanced level of technical expertise far exceeds the supply.

SDA Worldwide Business Services offers a suite of outsourcing solutions to U.S.-based businesses. The suite will initially include solutions such as accounts receivable and payable management, bookkeeping services, payroll processing and transcription services. The full service offerings include SDA’s proprietary anti-fraud and security features.

A key component of SDA Worldwide's BPO product is its entry into the fast-growing field of digital document management. Digital Document Management solutions can provide enormous savings for small to large businesses by providing a systematic method for scanning, creating, categorizing, storing, locating, and retrieving structured and unstructured documents. Digital Document Management ensures compliance and connects people with important documents on a real-time basis, regardless of location.

In addition to its BPO business, Secured Digital is an established outsourcer of multi-media and information technology products. SDA Worldwide Media, which provides these services in the U.S., produces rich, multi-media content for television, the Internet and free-standing displays. SDA Worldwide Media also designs and installs on-site, multi-media presentations.

With the developing trade between the United States and Malaysia, SDA Worldwide provides outsourced sales, marketing and management services to Asian firms doing business in the US through its subsidiary China Sea Trade Company. China Sea offers consulting and management services to regional Asian firms seeking entry to United States markets, including contract sales representation, virtual office services, the contract management of joint venture companies and advice and consulting on funding and mergers and acquisitions within the United States.

“I’ve been asked many times to describe our business,” stated Patrick Lim, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Secured Digital. “Our extensive offering of business services allows our clients to increase their core business production while reducing expenses because we offer some of the best outsourced business solutions in the market today. Whether its accounts receivable and payable management or our multi-media capabilities, we are in a wonderful position to grow our company at this time.

Mr. Lim also stated, “Xerox recently estimated that the worldwide business opportunity for digital document management is $21 billion. The business opportunity for digital document management can eventually far exceed our current revenues for our entire company.”

Mr. Lim concluded by saying, “We believe that 2007 will be a great year for our company.”
