SYOSSET, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SearchHelp, Inc., (OTCBB: SHLP) today announced that Duane Reade
Holdings, Inc. (“Duane Reade”),

sell the Company’s ‘Sentry’

SearchHelp’s award wining ‘Sentry’

parents allowing them to pro-actively monitor their children’s
online activities from almost anywhere in the world. This is a
significant advance over more traditional passive “block

including pornography.
“We are very pleased that a leading retail
organization like Duane Reade is making our products available to its
customers. We believe that ‘Sentry’
can be an important tool in helping parents defend their children from

agreement helps assure that our products are easily accessed by parents
and families throughout Duane Reade stores.”
Chuck Newsom, Senior Vice President of Store Operations of Duane Reade

visual alerts on their computers or PDAs and SMS text messages sent to
their cell phones when questionable online exchanges occurs such as
suspicious instant messages or conversations regarding private or
personal information, or if attempts are made to access inappropriate or
pornographic material. With ‘Sentry Remote,’
parents can see all activities being conducted on the child’s
computer and even directly interact with their children in real-time.
Should action be deemed necessary, the parent can either terminate the
application or simply lock down the computer.
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (www.missingkids.com),
statistics on sexual predators present an alarming picture:
1 in 5 kids received a sexual approach or solicitation over the
Internet in the past year
Offenders who have served time for sexual assault are 7.5 times more
likely than those convicted of other crimes to be re-arrested for
sexual assault
Only 25% of kids who encountered a sexual approach or solicitation
told a parent
