Exploration is continuing at Shoshone's (OTCBB: SHSH) Bilbao project in Zacatecas, Mexico. The goal of the current drill
program is to upgrade the categorization of the existing resource in
pursuit of Canadian National Instrument 43-101 compliance. A press release
summarizing the ongoing infill drilling may be viewed at

Shoshone is continuing to enhance its Lakeview Mill. Expanded lighting,
insulation and sheeting have been installed in the mill building, enabling
year round milling operation. A roof was constructed over the ore chute,
and heavy equipment for transporting ore has been refurbished and upgraded
to meet current safety standards. These improvements will be completed by
May, at which time ore processing will resume.
During summer, 2008 Shoshone expects to be mining limited amounts of ore
from the Weber Shear, the mineralized structure that hosts both the Weber
and Keep Cool mines. Fresh ore from this operation will be processed at
the nearby Lakeview Mill. The company anticipates shipping concentrates
from the mill in late fall.
Shoshone holds 1100 acres in the Lakeview District containing 6 formerly
producing mines. The company plans to begin a district-wide exploration
program in July, focusing first on identification of underground structures
followed by an aggressive drill program targeting mineralized structures.
