Sonoran Energy Appoints Allen & Caron for Corporate Communications, Investor and Media Relations
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2005--Sonoran Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:SNRN) President and CEO Peter Rosenthal announced today that the Company has appointed Allen & Caron as its corporate communications, investor relations and media relations agency, both in the United States and worldwide.
Sonoran is an independent oil and gas company with a portfolio of proven oil and gas assets in the United States, and with significant opportunities in North Africa, the Middle East, and around the Caspian region. It currently owns two proven oil fields in the US which the Company plans to start producing from during 2005.
Rosenthal commented, "We selected Allen & Caron to help us increase our visibility with both US and international audiences after having interviewed several agencies.
