About Green Hippo Natural Organic Products, Inc.
Recognizing the absence of home and health care products, which utilize truly natural and organic ingredients, in 2007 the principals of Green Check, Ridge Conlan and Curtis Westfall, founded Green Hippo Natural Organic Products, Inc. Utilizing more than sixty years of experience in environmental testing and evaluation, product development and packaging, and environmental law, Green Hippo is committed to the development and marketing of environmentally conscious, pleasingly effective, home and health care products which feature unique proprietary blends of natural and organic extracts. The Green Hippo name was carefully selected. The hippopotamus is very docile by nature. However, when challenged, the hippo becomes very aggressive in protecting its environment. With this in mind, Green Hippo’s products are gentle, yet aggressive in helping to fight germs and bacteria. And the Green Hippo slogan, “cuz its hip to be green,” capitalizes upon the nascent and growing “green” movement. By commercially exploiting the existing retail outlets enjoyed by its sister company, Green Check, Green Hippo will soon become a recognized leader of the green movement, and known for a broad line of natural and organic products which are biodegradable, triclosan and paraben free, and produced without animal testing.
