PACOIMA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 2005--American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOYL) announced today that it has been granted its fourth patent from the U.S. Patent office on its revolutionary machine designed to install the Company's product Nutrimoist L(R) into mature turf.

Carl Ranno, the president and CEO of American Soil Technologies, stated, "We have received the fourth patent on our new machine the M-216 Polymer Injector approximately one year after issuance of the third patent." Ranno went on to state, "The field testing of the M-216 with our product and other compatible products has been completed and M-216 is in production in that demand for the machine continues to increase."
