American Soil Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: SOYL) announced today that it has entered into a Dealer Agreement with Jerry Schuelke, a sole proprietor, located in Boyd, Minn. Schuelke will primarily distribute the company's products in southern and eastern Minnesota.
Minnesota has more than 25 million acres of farmland and contributes significantly to the United States' agricultural demand; this appointment allows the company to enter an untapped region in its dealer network. The company now has more than 24 qualified dealers and distributors that deliver considerable progress to the company's corporate initiatives by continually expanding and increasing revenues through the addition of experienced agricultural dealers.

Schuelke has both a bachelor's and master's degree in agriculture engineering received from North Dakota State University and University of Minnesota at St. Paul. He has been farming for 30 years and, additionally, has built a customer base through selling crop insurance for the past seven years to the regional growers.
