HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silver State Bancorp (OTCBB:SSBX), the holding company for Silver State
Bank, announced today that it intends to make an initial public offering
of a portion of its common stock. The offering is expected to commence
in the second quarter of 2007, subject to SEC effectiveness.
