CEBU, Philippines & TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SupportSave Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:SSVE - News), a low-cost outsourcing company that provides small and mid-sized businesses with dedicated full-time employees for $699 per month each from its American-managed facilities in the Philippines, announced today its appointment of Richard M. Halprin as General Counsel and a Member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately (09/20/2007). In this position, Halprin will be responsible for all non-securities related corporate legal matters.

Prior to today's appointment, Halprin has been in private practice in Troy, Mich. for approximately 17 years and is a Magistrate of the 45B District Court (Oak Park, Mich.). He is also a current and founding member of the Michigan Children's Law Center (Detroit, Mich.).
Halprin's legal experience covers a wide group of clients from a broad range of industries, including employment staffing, entertainment (both film and music), health care, web-based technology, among others. His private practice involves representing clients in civil, criminal, juvenile, probate and administrative law litigation, in state and federal court, as well as commercial contract development, negotiation and administration.
Richard Halprin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University (Lansing, Mich.) in 1986 and graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Detroit School Of Law (Detroit, Mich.) in 1989. He was born on August 16, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan.
