TDCB News Third Century Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
FRANKLIN, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2006--Third Century Bancorp (OTCBB:TDCB), an Indiana corporation and parent company of Mutual Savings Bank announced today that on August 23, 2006 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 payable to shareholders of record on September 22, 2006. The dividend will be paid on October 2, 2006.
Founded in 1890, Mutual Savings Bank is a full-service financial institution with over $124 million in assets. In addition to its main office at 80 East Jefferson Street, Franklin, Indiana, the bank operates branches in Franklin at 1124 North Main Street, in the Franklin United Methodist Community, and in Nineveh and Trafalgar, Indiana.
