HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 2005--21st Century Technologies Inc. ("21st Century" or the "Company") (OTC: TFCY.OB) today stated its great sorrow and shock of the untimely death of Danny L. Cates, president and CEO of DLC General Contracting Inc. ("DLC"). 21st Century has an equity investment in DLC and as well has made loans to that company.
