Theglobe.com, MySpace.com, Spam
What do these three have in common? MySpace.com is sueing Theglobe.com over alleged use of their system to send spam over 110,000 user accounts. According to TGLO's recent 10k filing the company has been found liable for amounts ranging between five and fifty million dollars. It remains unclear what amount TheGlobe.com will have to pay, if any.
